So, I have bipolar disorder. This was a couple years ago now. But I went to see him after seeing psychiatrists who practiced therapy (on top of medication management) one-twice a week for 7 years. I was finally on a very low dose of a mood stabilizer, no antipsychotics. Pretty incredible stuff actually haha. ANYWAY- I go to this guy to get a little help after being on my own for a year. And Michael does NOT beat around the bush. I LOVE IT! He will get the fighter spirit in you going. He's very blunt. It's a vibe though, and although I do believe what I have is different from something like sociopathy, psychopathy, or narcissism (that he's best at treating-- what we need the MOST rn, imo) he can help ANYONE. I believe that. People need to listen to this guy. And the things people with bipolar disorder need to hear is the same thing everyone else needs to hear haha. *Not that he's nice though. He can be abrasive. But if anyone's cutting the BS it's always going to feel that way!
