Meredy was on a list of postpartum physical therapists my midwife gave me. I am so thankful I found her! Even though I was only having mild symptoms and pain after having my baby, when I went in I learned so much about what was going on, how to reactivate muscles that I wasn't, and what to do to manage/resolve my pain and other issues. I am now a huge advocate of postpartum physical therapy!
