My mom has dementia. Dr. Dickinson has been great with helping with diagnosis, treatment, and future next steps. Appointments have been on time for the most part (maybe a few minutes late a time or two but nothing excessive). The office staff is a bit on the matter-of-fact side but I attribute that to having to deal with people during the pandemic. I didn't find them rude or unwilling to help just not super cheery but I think that's the norm in the medical business ATM. I'd recommend Dr. Dickinson to anyone who is needing help with an elderly parent or friend.
