Mr. Mel is awesome. He can adjust to your needs in the moment, and he does not ever come across as judgmental. Sometimes I just need a listener, and other times I really need to be held accountable. The coolest thing is that I feel comfortable enough to ask for what I need, because I know he doesn't actually need me to ask. I am picky about counselors, and Mr. Mel is my pick. Plus, he does online AND in-person counseling, and probably other kinds, too, and takes a lot of insurances.
