Melissa is very helpful. Something that sticks out as helpful is that she tailors her counseling style to match you, a unique individual. She listens and gets to know you to figure out what she can do, how she can gear sessions, to help you, rather than applying a general counseling technique to everyone. She's very easy to talk to, doesn't judge (trust me. I've told her some things..), and doesn't act like she knows you better than you do. Very genuine, compassionate, & empowering.
