I had been sick for 3 weeks. This was my second trip to the urgent care/ER. The first doctor (at the Sturgis VA) had NO inclination to hear me, and treated only the symptoms. Because of that, the infection went down to my lungs, making me so much sicker. Melanie listened to my past experience with these infections, and prescribed the antibiotic that fixed it. She prescribed the correct meds and 24 hours later I had improved for the first time in 3 weeks. It has been a slow but steady comeback for 3 weeks now because the first doctor did not listen, allowing me to get so sick, turning what could have been an easy sinus infection fix, into lungs full of crud that took so much time to clear out. Thank you! Thank you, Ms. Denny-Schiltz for your wisdom.
