Dr. Regner was the first therapist that I saw and she diagnosed me with having bipolar disorder and possibly borderline personality disorder. I saw her for seven to eight years. She is a wonderful listener, always makes herself available and in general, is a great person to talk to. If you need to talk to someone, and I'm sure she listened to me for over a hundred hours, I would highly recommend her.
