I was visiting relatives this past summer. Unfortunately for me, I had a horrific elbow injury. My cousin took me to the urgent care in Franklin. Matthew Young attended to my needs and was truly concerned. Though there was limitation of what could be done given my injury there (I needed surgery), Matthew was caring, helpful and even gave me a follow up call to check in on me after I left the office a few days later. Whoever employs Mr. Young is very fortunate. Such great professionalism and bedside manner are quite a rarity these days.
