Marybeth is a beacon to me, a constant reminder of how I can make better choices and see more good. She is compassionate, respectful, accommodating, understanding, and also firm: She will stop you mid-sentence and tell you how to re-frame the idea in a positive way... and a way that sticks. She's really accommodating when it comes to phone/text communication for urgent matters.
