I have being seeing Dr. Dousette, off and on, for a few years. She is tough but caring. Some therapists tell you what you want to hear, others tell you what you NEED to hear. She is the latter. Extremely knowledgeable/insightful and constantly, it seems, working to stay informed of the latest medical research. Her advice, for me at least, has been profoundly attuned to what lies below. Like any therapist, though, success relies on doing the work outside of therapy. She's a great guide, tho
