Mary Ann listens to and addresses concerns; however, I was disappointed she was flat out dishonest to a direct question. I inquired about the previously diagnosed whole adjacent my right ear tube. She told me I no longer had a hole in the right ear and even if so It was too soon to have another surgery since this was a follow up visit for tympanoplasty surgery for a replacement left eardrum. I visited my GP yesterday and he says oh yes, clearly there is a hole adjacent the tube and he can see into my ear middle ear. The doctor previous told me it was unlikely the hole would heal on his own being an adult, so I don’t think that it healed and re-opened. Shame on her!
