I've been going to Dr. Bernardo for several years now and I am very happy with his care of me and with his staff. I have no criticisms at all. I find him to be very knowledgeable, personable, and a provider who is thorough and a good listener despite the pressures on him and his staff to manage heavy case loads. I always walk out of his office feeling confident and well taken care of. I routinely recommend him to others. I'm also glad I live near Mass Eye and Ear. There's a reason why the office is so busy, and that's something I don't mind.
