In all likelihood she saved my life! I had a duodenal ulceration that misdiagnosed as just a Gall Bladder infection. She almost demanded that I leave her office and head straight to the emergency room. In fact, she wouldn't let me drive and demanded that I use the Taxi she called. The emergency room didn't take things very seriously because "she was only a PA" but she hung in and demanded an examination from a surgeon. Even when there is an MD available I always ask to be seen by her.
