I have been seeing Margaret Davis for a couple of years, on a monthly basis, and I find my visits with her to be very caring and helpful in so many ways. I am type 2 diabetic, trying to lose some weight and I want to feel better and possibly take less medications. I find that my nutrition habits in eating properly, in regards to choosing the proper foods, cooking them differently, down-sizing my portions of food, drinking more water, along with exercising, have made my health so much better. :)
