I started Marcelle Pick's Drop 20 in 6 Weeks program on January 15. There are four coaching Zoom calls and one exercise Zoom presentation each week. There are online modules to work through that help you analyze your eating habits and dig into why you overeat, as well as to educate you about good nutrition with an online cook book of low fat recipes and healthy habits. The program is working for me and I take advantage of all that is offered. I participate in the Zoom calls learning helpful hints from other members and gaining knowledge from the coaches. Taking advantage of all the program has to offer has been a huge help to keep me on my weight loss track. I will continue for another six weeks and then will assess my progress against my ultimate weight loss goal. Marcelle is straight forward about the benefits and expectations of the program and she is very knowledgeable about the female body. I highly recommend the Women's Transformation Center for improving your health.
