I saw Mark about 9 years ago. Was dealing with multiple life events (death in the family, job change, out of state move, birth of a child) and was having suicidal ideation. It was a really scary time for my family and for me. In addition to medication, I met with Marc. He was extremely helpful. I learned and gained tools to deal with the stressors in my life that I use to this day. He helped me understand my thinking patterns and why they led to where I was. I can now identify these things head on before they get out of hand. My life is not free of difficulty, but Marc helped me to learn a lot about myself and how I view the world around me. I have been able to now pass these mental tools on to my children. Thank you Marc.
