Louisa is compassionate and insightful. I have seen different therapists over the years to deal with anxiety, and - perhaps because of her background in family counseling - she is the first to help me understand the relationships in my life and how they impact my mental health. That has been a game-changer. She is also knowledgeable, funny, and just a good person to talk to. Highly recommend!
