i found out I was prediabetic so I went on line and found Ms Ragsdale. Every word was constructive and specific to my situation. She discussed everything from carbs to calories to fiber. I am seeing immediate improvement and I am enjoying the results without starving myself. She also introduced me to a nutritional App which helps identify the nutritional value of various food products or lack thereof. After a period of time I plan to meet with her again.
