I will be forever grateful to Lizette for her being so instrumental in my 80# weight loss. She taught me how to do the 5 or 6 meals a day diet. Done the right way, it seems like I'm eating all day. I'm on my second plateau but she taught me how to handle those without getting discouraged. I have about 40# to go but know that I CAN do it. Thanks to Lizette.
