I’ve been seeing Lisa for just over two years and she has completely changed my life. I’ve struggled with a lot through out my life with the thought of this is just how it is. After working with her I’ve learned so much about myself and am so proud of how far I’ve come. In talking with family friends I constantly say everyone needs a Lisa because I wouldn’t be who I am today without her. Therapy isn’t easy and it doesn’t work if you don’t do the work yourself and she is amazing at guiding you through to figure out what the work actually is for your specific needs. She’s caring, compassionate and supportive even when I’m at my lowest low. I always leave my sessions with her with my head held a little higher knowing that everything is going to keep getting better. She’s changed my life for the better and I am forever grateful for her.
