Lisa is kind, supportive and empathic while also being honest and direct. Over time she has helped me to develop self confidence that I never had. She also helped me to recognize that my coping mechanisms that I have had since childhood were no longer serving me. I was able to develop new strategies and behaviors that are much more effective and have enabled me to live a much less Anxious and conflicted life.
