I’ve seen Lisa for a few years on and off. She Has remained constant in all my life changes, being gentle and kind. Allowing me space to come to my own conclusions while also encouraging me name my negative feelings/thoughts. When I’ve gone through thriving seasons she’s encouraged me to continue to press in wholeheartedly. In harder seasons she’s encouraged me the same. I truly appreciate her perspectives, she is constantly learning new therapy strategies and always asks before sharing any new information/knowledge. This is huge for me because I always feel respected and never like a Test subject or something. Overall phenomenal therapist!
