I feel like I have to tell everyone what a kind, compassionate and excellent therapist Lindsay is. After two failed marriages, and I don't know how many therapists and years of depression, anxiety, and just feeling like I have no worth, I found Lindsay about a year ago and she is the best. She really listens to me, and even when I do not always like what she has to say, she does it in a way that makes sense, and I know I can trust what she is saying. She really helps me see things differently, and how I was holding on to things from when I was a kid that were holding me back. We did EMDR and it was hard but really helped. I was scared that the virus was going to mean I had to stop seeing her, but we just did a video session and it was great. I am so happy I found Lindsay.
