Dr Tobey has been a godsend to me, helping through job loss, divorce, aging parents, grief, parenting challenges, childhood trauma, and the accompanying anxiety and depression. Her techniques (including EMDR and "parts work") have been more helpful to me than any other therapist I've ever seen. She is so caring and compassionate, and makes sure you feel safe and supported when baring your soul. I would highly, highly recommend Dr Tobey to anyone who is feeling overwhelmed, stuck, unable to heal trauma, or suffering from PTSD.
