Her person-centered approach is nonjudgemental and affirming, and speaking to her is like talking with a close friend you feel comfortable and safe speaking around. If there are certain topics or treatments you want to explore, she will go above and beyond to provide resources in session as well as additional resources you can use on your own to make sure your needs are met. Lin is super knowledgable, effective, and informative, and I highly recommend seeing her as a provider for your mental health needs.
