She’s helped me through a horrrrribble situation since I was a young teen. She helped me and supported me when one of my parents became problematic and helped me forgive myself for having so many blatant, horrible trauma symptoms, and bad coping mechanisms. I could say anything to her and she would understand without judgement. She feels actual concern for her clients, I feel, and it matters that my health clearly matters to her. She has a good sense of humor, too, a good wit—she laughs when I joke about something goofy, yet doesn’t mind if I whiplash into a different, more serious subject. <3
