I found Mr. Welch's approach to be quite good. He listens and then explains what he thinks may or may not be going on. From there he asks more questions. I like proactive therapy. Having me ramble on is somewhat useless if there is no focus. Lee focuses on finding solutions to help deal with daily challenges. One of the best therapists I have ever gone to. I would be going to him now if it wasn't a conflict of interest with my previous relationship. Still, I can't recommend him enough.
