Takes the time to listen, problem solve, and thoughtfully come to a determination so we can agree on a care plan that makes sense medically and considers my personal goals and preferences. Also, a more comforting presence in a doc/NP can’t be found; she’s warm, welcoming, empathetic, and smart as heck without losing the awareness necessary to communicate on my level and respect my subjective experience and thoughts on things. The worst part of having her as your NP is the lost chance to meet her non-professionally and pursue her for a date or a friend!
