She is an excellent communicator who demonstrates empathy, caring, and an appropriate amount of firmness in my appointments to keep me on track. She is a terrific listener and always incorporates my input into her recommendations. Laurie is also very responsive to My Chart messages and questions. I would steer all my friends and family to her if they needed cardiac care.
