Amazing therapist for 5+ yrs. Integral in my journey becoming the healthier/independent person I’ve slowly but steadily become. Chose her b/c location-downtown LG-where I grew up & still lived 2 small towns from, visited frequently w/fam, was b/t home/work, I’d tie errands into visits, & easily get kids from my moms b/f & after appts. Had experience in schools & thus could better relate to work issues. Helped me navigate daily struggles of depression/anxiety/ADHD w/calming reassurance/creative ways to cope/communicate better. My rock when close friend suddenly passed & when my daughter was born & unexpectedly spent a couple weeks in NICU w/life threatening complications. Can’t imagine how I would’ve made it thru those times w/out her support. Always honest in gentle, genuine, firm way, mixing in humor to lighten mood. Calming office/flexible hrs. Very dedicated, always willing to go extra mile to be supportive, almost to a fault. I wholeheartedly recommend her & wish her the very best!
