I saw Ms. Weldy again today and I remembered that I should have gone all over the internet when I first met to her to tell everyone how good she is. I can say with confidence that she may very well be the smartest, kindest, most gifted "healer" in the history of medicine, and even that is an understatement. :) One of the reasons I had avoided going to the doctor most of my life is because I had rarely experienced a doctor who sincerely cared about me or whatever I was at the office to deal with. Mostly they spend 2 minutes with you and disappear while nurses do the actual work. I realize Kristine is not officially an MD but she's already smarter than any I've met before. That combined with a sincere heart and a willingness to listen and spend time with you is what makes her a rare and special gift to this community. I told her today that the way she cares for her patients is A LOT like the heart of God. It's how you "love your neighbors" by caring enough to listen. :) That is all
