Dr. Bilanova is amazing! I have chronic hip bursitis and sciatica on both legs, caused by my love for running. On my worst days, I was incapable of sleeping, walking, or sitting down. I also had to stop traveling because sitting on a plane would be excruciating. I’ve been to countless of physical therapists, and she’s the only one that has made me feel better and able to run again after a two-year hiatus. I also just flew to LA and back, and I had no issue sitting on a 5hr flight. Her approach is methodical and unique. She doesn’t just focus on the area of pain (hips, legs, and gluteus in my case) but looks for the root cause and develops a holistic treatment plan. Thus, after my thorough evaluation, it turned out that my pain was triggered by the stiffness, lack of flexibility, and range of motion in my upper back. I worked with her for about eight weeks, 2x a week, and in that time, she was able to treat my chronic pain and gave my my life back. I highly recommend her!
