Dr. Teasdale is an intense listener. She grasps the patients mood, word choice and body language quickly. Her advice doesn't come as direct advice, but more as a shared conversation that makes the patient quite comfortable and more able to share their emotions and problems with her. This is a God given ability and not taught in school.
