Finding the right therapist can be a daunting experience. Especially in the midst of a personal crisis. Having gone through a few before meeting Ms Powell, I was wondering if I would find the right person. She is kind, warm, insightful and patient. Her method has helped me tremendously and given me a chance to breathe again in this chaos of life. I’m not sure where I would be without her assistance but within the first session I knew that I had found the correct match. I’m grateful every day for the tools that she has provided me to find my footing and resume a life that I thought was a distant memory. In world that people take more time to throw shade than show their appreciation for incredible people like her, I felt it was appropriate to give a brief kudos to her. Find your breath. Face your fear. She may be able to help you as well. It’s amazing what it can feel like to smile again. I can’t recommend her enough!
