It has been over a year now, working with Kristen I was in a super dark place and with Kristen's help I am able to live again I was chronically depressed. I wasn't able to leave my bed and when I didn't I was filled with guilt and the cycle will happen over and over again. My life was effective negatively by my depression and I knew I need to get professional help. I found Kristen and I can genuinely say my life has changed. She is understanding and insightful and helps give me a different perspective on my situation that has many a big difference. Kristen is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares and what to help. If you're considering therapy, I highly recommend giving it a try yourself.
