Had to have a new hearing test and possible new hearing aids. (Present ones are 7 years old) My previous audiologist has retired and after searching and reading the reviews I made an appointment with Kristen.She administered a new hearing test, explained in plain language what the results meant.She then asked me about my lifestyle, and what I am looking for in hearing aids. She then explained the different hearing aids available, as well her recommendations for aids based upon my needs and lifestyle.She spoke to me in plain terms (no medical jargon) and answered all my questions and concerns.It was a pleasing experience. Highly recommend her services.
