Kim was not my first but may be my last therapist. It as taken no less than decades to connect with a therapist to help me past the initial survival windows of the repeated crisises inherent to Complex PTSD. Kim has helped me make sense of my own story and start living more fully into the next chapters of life. I believe key factors in our success are the sustained nature of our process, decisions being in my hands, and a wholistic mind-body approach. Stretches of feeling general wellbeing, contentedness, and acceptance of joy increase as the intensity of anger and anxiety softens. I feel this in my own body as well as in my relationships with others.
