She was very compassionate and attentive to patient. Very compassionate to family members. She asked lots of questions to get a broader account of what was going on with the patient. Gave plenty time to answer as well as time for us to ask her questions. The entire staff there is amazing. She was about to make a diagnosis, assure the family, gave clear information to us to help us know how to cope and how to move forward. She is definitely an asset to this facility. I would highly recommend her and this facility to anyone. She was excellent with our family member with dementia.
