Dr. Cole has a unique approach that I have not found before. It may be hard for some to warm up to because it can seem a bit removed or cold compared to traditional counseling which I liken to talking to a good friend. The EMDR therapy that she offers though can provide a lot of healing and clarity if you are open to it. In my sessions, I cleared baggage that I didn't even know I still carried that affected my every day. I learned coping tools and clearing mechanisms so that I never get to that overwhelmed place again. I do and have recommended her to friends and family, especially those with past traumas. I can't say enough good about her!
