As someone who had never been to counseling before- I was always worried about where you even begin when you take the step towards counseling. The process can seem so daunting. From the very first session you can tell Kim is intuitive and passionate about what she does. She is warm and welcoming and I instantly felt trusting of her. A few weeks in to counseling I also started Neurofeedback Training and it has been a game changer for me. It’s given me a new sense of clarity, focus and energy amongst feeling balanced emotionally. The affects I have continued to feel and have been able to rely almost exclusively on counseling now instead of medications. I can’t recommend Kim enough- whether it be counseling or NFT!
