AMAZING! I came to Mr. Bert a broken person. I had been battling an autoimmune disease. I went from being an ambitious overachieving individual, to defeated. I didn't even want to get out of bed. Unable to accept that I was doomed to this incurable disease that caused my body to attack itself, I researched. I found EMDR and Mr. Bert. I was nervous to think that trauma from years ago could affect my health to such a degree. After one visit I felt something I hadn't felt in years, hope. I'm not going to lie and say the first few visits were pleasant, no one likes to revisit traumatic events. Mr. Bert helped me get through them though, and each visit lightened the load on my brain. After a few weeks, my body begin to feel better! The small hope I felt in the beginning has grown into full blown belief. Mr. Bert gave me life back. I can't say it any other way. Today I feel that ambition again. I know I can fight this disease. Words could never describe the gratitude I feel towards Mr Bert.
