I have been working with Kelly for a little over a year, and during that time I’ve experienced significant transformation. I have been particularly impressed with her wealth of knowledge and the way she has applied tools and skills specifically to the issues I want to address. In addition, I appreciate the way she compassionately points out areas where I am responsible for changing my thinking or behavior - even when (actually, ESPECIALLY when!) it’s something I may not want to hear. Her truth-telling is always accompanied by actionable strategies and most importantly for me, accountability. Her use of EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy have created changes more quickly and thoroughly than I could have imagined. Counseling is hard work, and I’m grateful to have partnered with Kelly on this journey. If you are ready to do the hard work of healing and transformation, I highly recommend Kelly.
