This review is for our experience with Ms. Kelli R. Spurlock, MSN, APRN, FNP-C at Marshall Family Medicine Huntington WV. Upon meeting her we immediately felt very welcomed and comfortable. My partner has really bad anxiety when it comes to medical appointments and Ms. Spurlock was simply so warm, friendly and very sweet. Coming in the room she had a good demeanor despite her busy day, she listened patiently as we expressed the reason for the visit, she asked many detailed questions to help assess the situation, she was thorough with the appointment/check up and just overall great patient care. She also got the medicine ordered immediately that we were able to pick it up from Marshall Pharmacy within the hour and not have to come back. Oftentimes before usually some patients have to come back because the medication wasn't ordered yet. Thankful for Ms. Spurlock.
