After my accident I was not the same. I had so many issues and I was referred to Dr McSwan for an evaluation. I did not expect for the appt to be long as it was but I've never had a better experience with any other doctor. She was very patient and very professional. Very understanding and empathetic when I got emotional.Most doctors will just sit there and wait for you to stop crying but she was very sympathetic. My time was well spent. She also went over a treatment plan with me and she explained to me what every referral was for. She was able to help find the help I need. I was suffering of constant headaches, visual deficits, I thought I was going crazy because I felt like I was losing my hearing from the concussion. I 1,000% recommend Dr McSwan.
