It is clear that she is self-aware and intuitive as she is constantly seeking new resources to help her clients and is aware of and controls for any personal biases that she may have (although I have never observed any). She has an extreme measure of grace, empathy and forgiveness that is matched by her professionalism and ethics. I cannot say enough good things about her.
