Katie is incredible.She truly cares about her patients.She is always there when I need her.She is understanding & kind.I have several health problems &work full time.I have thyroid diseases&more health issues. I need to have annual bloodwork. Although this is such a small task,I was so overwhelmed:being in-between jobs& lapse in my health benefits,having no energy.I see two specialty Drs every month,& I had to pay out of pocket.Due to my medical issues,the last few years have been a real struggle..Katie gave me a little extra time while I waited for my insurance benefits& I was so grateful.My point is-Katie NEVER tried to downplay how I was feeling.She listened &understood.Once I was very sick Covid&severe resp.Infection& I couldn't hear due to severe fluid buildup in my ears.Katie cleaned&flushed my ears HERSELF!The relief &gratitude made me cry.I didn't even ask her to do it.She knew I was suffering&she wanted to help.She could've just told me it would clear up soon.She truly cares!
