I’ve been attending Dr. Truitt and her team’s Self-Healing in Your Hands workshops/events and following the YouTube channel (the amount of content on there is insane!) since the beginning of the pandemic. One of my good friends worked with Rebecca awhile back with awesome results and turned me onto their work. I’m continually astounded by how gracious Dr. Kate and her team are with basically giving away their content. I’m currently an out of work content creator (ugh Covid) but I know how much time and effort goes into each video they produce. I’m so grateful for their generosity! They’re truly fulfill their vision of empowering humanity to do their own healing. Dr. Kate is warm, kind, goofy, and fun and also brilliant. I keep coming back to their workshops because they are constantly evolving and expanding and they address the concerns of present day life in real time. They aren’t robot presenters nor content creators. Even Dr. Kate’s blogs on their website are like 6 pages long and
