Kathy has been the first therapist I've met that I've stuck around with for several years, and intend to stay with until she retires. The EMDR therapy with Kathy has been amazingly helpful. I've gone from extremely depressed, to happy and content with life. The video conference sessions we have been doing recently are amazing, as it fits in with my needs. I like knowing that I can contact Kathy if I need to talk to someone or work something out, and that during our session I can get help processing everything that's gone on and make a plan for what needs to go on next in my life. I've been able to progress from a place where I wasn't working to now working a full time job, and coping with the stress of that and chronic health conditions. I value that Kathy can appreciate this sort of stress, and help me plan for the future.
