Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but Kathy Anderson is more than worth a little waiting. She is absolutely fantastic! She builds a relationship with the kids. She actually listens to them! She is very patient and kind to my children. My children are very comfortable with her and actually look forward to seeing her!! They chose her and absolutely refuse to be seen by anyone else. The office staff, on the other hand, could definitely use some customer relations training!
