I've seen Karen for a year now & I'm so grateful that I found her. She has helped me transition from being depressed, angry, & shame ridden to someone with confidence, hope & a renewed joy for life. She is very empathetic, compassionate & experienced in her field & shows you through your sessions that she not only listens to you but hears you & cares. I was lost & with her help I've been able to open up, learn more about myself, find myself & realize I was stronger than I ever realized. I have a peace of mind now that I had lost somewhere along the way, she helped me find again, and ill never let that go. There isn't enough space to articulate how grateful I am & how much her experience & advice helped me in our sessions. She helped to guide myself out of the dark parts of my mind & find myself & the light again & I'll forever be grateful & remember her for this gift. I would recommend her to anyone.
